Our staff is committed to quality and a high level of technical competence. As professionals, continuing education plays a part in every staff member's job responsibilities. This is evident in the number of staff members pursuing or holding designations. A particular source of pride is the number of people at our agencies who hold the prestigious CPCU (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter), CIC, and ARM as well as other designations. We are also proud of the fact that the average tenure of our 30+ employees is 10 years.
